We are looking for an experienced sales associate to join our fun, tasting room team in the Edna Valley, San Luis Obispo. We are a popular Tasting Room with a very diverse customer base, a fast-paced sales environment, and a tight-knit team. We would schedule training days in early March.
This “Key Holder” role is responsible for the daily functioning of the Tasting Room (TR) and for promoting great customer service. This entails: opening and closing the TR; ensuring the TR is clean and fully stocked; greeting and serving customers, supervising staff and activities. This role is expected to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, including at least one weekend day. Event coverage and attendance at pick-up parties is mandatory. A flexible schedule and ability to be on-call for emergencies is appreciated. If you cannot work weekends and holidays, please do not apply.
