A limited production wine not available in the stores, this single clone Chardonnay is known for having muscat like sensory characteristics. The use of the concrete egg allows for elevated aromas and bright fruit flavors while retaining the richness you would expect from a wine aged in oak.
A secondary fermentation and aging for 8 months in French oak barrels, 45% of which were new, creates a fat and buttery Chardonnay! A limited production wine, you will not find this in stores and a Wine Club favorite!
With flavors of watermelon and strawberry bursting from the glass, the bright acidity of this Rose' creates a delightful freshness that makes this wine perfect year round! This wine was made by bleeding off (saignée) some juice from recently harvested Pinot Noir grapes.
