Fuller bodied than the Firepeak Chardonnay, this wine sees a little more oak influence and is a favorite of the restaurants in San Luis Obispo and surrounding counties.

The El Gordo Chardonnay has a rich, creamy mouthfeel with flavors of caramel, vanilla, key lime, and Crème brûlée. This golden hued and full bodied wine has an oaky sweetness and is smooth, and silky.

Displaying aromas of ripe pear, pineapple, tangerine and caramel, this is a classic Chardonnay from the Edna Valley. 

Lively and energetic, this exotic single clone Chardonnay is known for having muscat-like characteristics with vibrant aromas of orange blossom, apricot, honeysuckle, and white peach. The round mouthfeel and medium body accompany elevated richness and chalky minerality, a signature of concrete egg fermentation and aging.
